We are Boston Computer Scanning, inc. (BCS), formed in 1992 as a document scanning and records management service bureau. BCS has remained a leader in the industry. Our most popular services include scanning (on-site available), indexing scanned records, mapping, and secured web based records management.
We work with public works departments to transition from paper or older PC based records systems to our affordable web based records management. Driven by customer requests, we have developed www.USdpw.com ; a web based search utility that hosts all types of documents including highway plans, water, sewer, gas records and associated documents.
